Staff Finance and Operations for Media NGO (LSM) - Indonesian National

OnTrackMedia Indonesia is an NGO that works to raise public awareness about important issues that affect the lives of people in Indonesia such as bird flu, measles and human trafficking. Our office is on Jl. Fatmawati in Jakarta Selatan.

We are currently seeking an experienced Finance/Operations person with the following qualifications:

1. S1 graduates or above in accounting.
2. A minimum of 3 years working experience for an international company or NGO.
3. Good working knowledge of accounting systems required by international funders.
4. Having Knowledge of Accounting, Taxes (proficiency in PPh 21, 23 and 25), Accounting Sofware (Proficiency in using MYOB Accounting software) Tax, MS-Excel, MS-word, Outlook and internet skills.
5. Efficient bookkeeping and administration.
6. Fluency in written and oral English is essential
7. Good sense of humour

Scope of work:

1. Implement routine accounting cycle from transaction journal to financial reporting
2. Tracking and organizing payments required for projects.
3. Bookkeeping to internationals standards.
4. Sales, purchasing and invoicing administration
5. Paperwork and payment for tax, salaries, office bills etc.

Salary up to 4,000,000- per month depending on experience and qualifications.
